Rental items are typically picked up or delivered locally. Shipping rental items outside the local area may incur additional fees and must be approved in advance.

All second-hand fashion items are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Customers should note that minor signs of wear may be present, as described on the product page.

 

8. Damaged or Lost Items

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos. Tayamek Anamera will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for returning rental items in good condition, according to our Rental Policy.
