Renting event decor from us is simple and affordable! Follow these easy steps:

Explore our collection of event decor items including:

  • Floral decorations and centerpieces
  • Backdrops, arches, and display stands
  • Lighting and special effects (fog machines, LED signs)
  • Table numbers and decorative accessories

Once you've selected your items, contact us to check availability and make your reservation:

💰 Step 3: Security Deposit Payment

We require a 100% security deposit equal to the full rental value of your items.

Why 100%? Because we offer lower rental prices than competitors, the 100% deposit remains affordable while protecting our equipment.

  • ✅ Deposit is fully refundable
  • ✅ Refunded within 3-5 business days after equipment return
  • ✅ Deductions only if items are damaged or not returned

🚚 Step 4: Delivery or Pickup

We offer both delivery and pickup options:

  • Pickup: You collect items from our location (no charge)
  • Delivery: We bring items to your event location

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Delivery is NOT free

Delivery fees are calculated based on:

  • 📍 Distance (kilometers) from our location to your event
  • 📦 Number of items being delivered

We will provide you with a delivery quote when you contact us with your event location and item list.

After your event:

  • Return items clean and in good condition
  • Return by the agreed date and time
  • We inspect the equipment

💵 Step 7: Deposit Refund

Once we confirm everything is in good condition, your full deposit is refunded within 3-5 business days.
